Hacking update.evo

Long story short, I'm in need of the "update.evo" file, but can't exactly download from Team Cyclops, seeing how their main site is down at the moment. So, would anyone care to lend a helping hand and upload their "update.evo" file to somewhere like MediaFire? Either that or an alternative place online to obtain said file.
