Hacking Update emunand in O3DS

I need to update emunand in an unlinked O3DS from 9.2 to 9.4
Which method is the most convenient?
Also, is it the same for a N3DS?

Just boot emunand, go to the system settings app and do a system update.

Will RxTools work with an 10.3 emunand?

O3DS yes, all CFW work in 10.3 emunand.

N3DS you need one of the newer Reinand or Cakes builds that support it, rxTools support will come later.
