As we head into the holiday season, lots of game releases are hitting shelves. There's plenty of different games due out in October, with varying genres, so there's almost certainly something to catch most gamers' attentions this month. Notable releases like Life is Strange: Double Exposure and Dragon Ball Z: Sparking Zero are follow ups to beloved franchises, while remakes like Silent Hill 2 and Sonic x Shadow Generations should also get a lot of attention. No hate, but where are the bangers?
Super Mario Jamboree... Ok besides that shit name, i'm excited about that.
But overall i'm pretty underwhelmed by the Current Generation. Especially xbox and ps5. Terrible software support.

Only excited for YS 10 and Romancing Saga 2. Gonna play Sparking Zero on my friends console. The rest is boring till Brothership comes out.

I am surprised how many times Life is Strange is coming out. Played the first LiS and thought it was awful

Fantastic list! :D Excited for new Super Mario Party, and the Blasphemous 2 DLC (it's not in the post, but will release on Oct 31 according to Steam), so figured I'd throw in a link to that.

It's amazing imo. Most critic and user reviews agree.

This retro survival horror game has decent reviews also (although not as good as the SH remake). It came out in Sept. but was not on the Sept. release list. Since it's a horror game, I figured I may as well mention it in this topic with Halloween coming up. I had a lot of fun playing it. PC exclusive, at least so far.

...are you serious or are you just pulling some legs lol?

Just for me personally, there's:
- Dragon Ball Sparking Zero
- Metaphor: ReFantazio
- Mario Party Jamboree
- Ys X: Nordics
- Sonic X Shadow Generations

and I'm just someone that doesn't even branch out to play that much games outside of my own comfort zone (aka being series I know or from developers I trust.)

Literally just beat Alan Wake 2 30 minutes ago I'll have to buy Alan Wake 2: The Lake House DLC. That's it from that list for me.
