Hacking Unwound Future Akaio 1.7.1 not working

I'm a big fan of the Professor Layton franchise and they released a new game called Professor Layton and the Unwound Future.
but i downloaded the rom from Somewhere else and it didn't work after the first cutscene it freezes. can anybody help?

I'm Running:

Acekard 2i
AKAIO 1.7.1
Nintendo DSi XL Midnight Blue

remove the rom link its against the rules and update to akaio 1.8.1

what microsd card do you have?
Size matters.
On my 4gb Kingston, Layton 3 doesn't work
On my 1gb ADATA, It works.

No, it's not size. Unwound Future works great on my 4gb Lexar.
I've noted that most of the problems have been on Kingston cards. Change brands, people.

Also, I don't think you can even mention the site's name.

Ok so it worked it turns out updating from 1.7.1 to 1.8.1 got it working thanks everyone for the help
