Just wondering if anyone knows anything about this file format, I'm not find much at all :(

.pac file extension, they have FPAC and FPACP right at the start of them when looking in HxD.

there's a couple of other files i don't recognize either.

.hip
.ptcl

Pulled apart DBZ Extreme Butoden to have a look at it and was met with these unknown files. hmm
