    I was browsing in the downloads section yesterday because I wanted to be able to play the new KH game and I found that after a02 version(which I got on july along with the dstt) the fake killer disabled title was no longer on the name of each download. So my question if they stopped making killer disabled firmware or by being a0x implies that is disabled already.

    I would assume they would update their previous version without the fake killer.

    All official firmware/kernels found on the DSTT website are STILL enabled. To use one that doesn't use UNOFFICIAL ONLY

    If you look at the changelog of 1.17a01, it begins with:

    * V1.17a01 (July 2, 2009)
    o Disabled fake killer.

    Thus I think it is safe to assume that 1.17a07 still has it disabled.

    It wouldn't be unreasonable to imagine that the DSTT team may have put the fake killer code back into the unofficial firmware that's on the official site. However, the version that's in the download area here is probably safe.
