Hacking Unlink NANDs without connecting to Nintendo?

Hi there!
I'm using A9LH, Luma3DS and updated SysNand.
That might be a really nooby question, but I really didnt find anything about it.
I just setup a new EmuNand, just to play around a little bit without having to do SysNand Backups and restores. I have a lot of eShop Games, which I don't want to lose by formating an Nand and having that eShop error after that. So, is there any chance to unlink NANDs, for example format EmuNAND, without the 3DS connecting to Nintendo?
