It didn't worked.
My firmware version is 16.0.3
And i am not able to upgrade or downgrade my firmware because of this error

Maybe start fresh, format sd to fat32, get the latest hekate/nyx/atmosphere/sigpatches, and see if it boots?
My firmware version is still 16.0.3
