UniqueGeeks has just released an online save converter. The code is in BETA and users must create an account on the site in order to use the application. Please report any bugs in the discussion thread.

1) Follow the homepage link below, an create an account.
2) After your account is created, navigate back to the homepage link, and then on to the save converter (found on the left side).
3) Convert your save files.

I have no record that anyone has actually used it (How do I know? Saves are saved into a folder with the same name as the username, created when anyone uses the tool, and I don't see any.)
