I'm stuck at the part where you need to enter Sir Williams office at night. How do i distract the M16 agent at the door?

cant help you.. except, i'm stuck at the part where i got the guy to stand on the barrel to listen in, except the agents stop talking when he gets up there..

i have no idea what to do next.. i made a grappling hook with the coat hanger.. but i cant use it anywhere..
