NOTE: Sorry about the late news for the limited time free content.

The series tells the story of a charismatic explorer and treasure hunter named Nathan "Nate" Drake, supposedly a descendant of Sir Francis Drake the explorer, who travels the world in search of great treasures only to unearth historical mysteries. From the Amazon in South America to the snow-capped mountains of Tibet, the deserts of Rub' al Khali to the actual "Uncharted" waters near Madagascar in the indian ocean, there is no where he wouldn't go for treasure, fortune, or even glory.

Of course he didn't do this all on his own, on his first adventure setting out to find the lost city of El dorado , Nate had help from his mentor Victor "Sully" Sullivan a navy friend of his he met in the past and a journalist Elena Fisher who was determined to help Nate in order to discover the truth even at the cost of her life. But like any treasure, no one person is gonna let someone else try and take it from them. Rival groups like pirates and mercenaries try to stop them and reap the rewards themselves. Gabriel Roman another treasure hunter who is after the treasure as well along with Eddy Raja, a leader of rebel pirates and old enemy of Drake is working for and Atoq Navarro who happens to be a Archaeologist are out to get the fortune as well. Even with all odds stacked against them, Drake and his companions succeeds with the fortune and enjoys a well earned break.

There is many more stories available to play that tell the tales of Nathan Drake in greater detail. The game is critically acclaimed and praised for their high production values, quality in storytelling, character design and animation, voice acting, realistic graphics, technical innovation, music score, gameplay mechanics, and delivering an enjoyably cinematic gaming experience to players. The game does a good job at making the player feel like they are on a life changing adventure. On the voyages, the player helps Drake and company solve puzzles to progress, learn more about Drake's history, find treasure, shake off other competitive and rival treasure hunters, enjoy witty and lighthearted conversations between the characters and always succeeds with all odds stacked against him with some help and a lot of luck.

If you wish to play these games, owners of the Playstation 4 home console will be able to find
  • Uncharted, Nathan Drake collection, the first three games in the series, remastered in 1080P and 60FPS (Also available in 720P 30FPS on PS3)
  • Uncharted 4, A Thief's End, the last game base on Nathan Drake. (Playable in 4K on PS4 Pro)
  • Uncharted, The Lost Legacy, a expansion of the last game starring Chloe Frazer as the protagonist (Playable in 4K on PS4 Pro)
Sadly Uncharted, Golden Abyss which is a alternative story set before the events of the first game in the series, remains exclusive to Playstation vita at time of writing. Nonetheless, if you own a Playstation 4 system, you can try these games. If you have played this, leave a comment below telling us your thoughts. Which game was your favorite? What are your memorable parts? Would you like to see more? :yayps3:

Played the whole series and wasn't able to see what the fuss is about. Maybe I was too hyped when I picked it up at first and had a major letdown.

Nathan Drake is a retarded man (literally) who goes in some random treasure hunt while he's supposedly fleeing from legions of thugs who get wherever he goes before him most of the time.

Bland gameplay linear cover based shooter with light stealth elements. No progression at all throughout the game all he can do is punch run jump shoot weapons he loots from enemies and his only abilitiy is to climb predefined wall paths with his bare hands (and gets a rope so he can go full pitfall in 4 in predetermined spots). No character progression, no gear or powerups of any except weapons fron dead enemies, meaningless collectibles which don't help much besides unlocking trophies, character skins and graphics filters such as B&W.

Uncharted series are nothing but mediocre games which get covered up by nice graphics, lots of cutscenes and hype mostly from sony fanboys and people who didn't even play the game.

Are you confusing action/adventure games with RPG?
Anyway, everyone is free to have his own opinion and preference.

You understand everyone knows you are a Nintendo Fanboy Sony troll at this point right? everything you say literally means nothing. The last time I responded to you was a year ago and you are still on here doing the same thing a year later.

Pathetic.

I'm still waiting on you to make a point, and all you could do is run away in desperation from our discussion. Now that is pathetic.

I'm a Sony troll yet I hold my PS2, PSP, PS Vita and PS3 dearly lol.

This space is meant for user opinions on the subject too, if you can't deal with it go cry somewhere else.

Only discovered this series recently (never had Playstations until getting a PS4 a few months ago), and have been seriously loving it. I binged the trilogy in a few weeks, and am most of the way through number 4. Lost Legacy still to come, but fuck knows when I might get my hands on a Vita to play the other one.
I agree with the general feeling that 2 is the best, tho 4 has been pretty great. I enjoy the gameplay, but the story & humour have done a lot to keep me interested. It's not quite The Last Of Us levels of compelling story, but what is? I was impressed with the step-up in graphics between the remastered trilogy and the made-for-PS4 number 4, but I'm old-school and not a graphics whore, I'd have enjoyed these games if they looked like the original Tomb Raider. Oh yeah that reminds me of something that vaguely amused me, I was like, ok Uncharted is "Tomb Raider but you play a guy", so Lost Legacy is "(Tomb Raider but you play as a guy) but you play as a girl". Ok then.

I loved Uncharted really loved it, one thing that annoyed me though was when Nathan escapes the enemy right? But somehow 1000 miles away that same enemy shows up again. It doesn't make sense to me, of course in some situations like if Nathan and the enemy had the clue to where they needed to go next it made sense, but if only Nathan knew then it makes no fucking sense lol. This was an example of Uncharted 3 and (I think) Uncharted 4 or 2 I can't remember.

I remember when All uncharted games, were on sale (some were free wit a PS+ account) on PSN, besides the latest game. I bought all if them then, and played all of them back to back, on the PS3. The adventure they go on, the gameplay, and the story was so amazing. It's a shame Nathan Drake is no longer the main character of the series. I liked that character a lot.
