unable to upload into rapidshare for over a week..

I have a premium RS account. I have been trying to upload files for the past week but I cannot do it. I even tried the free service, and also switching web browsers and still the same problem. I didn't have problems with uploading before. I have been asking others in my area about them uploading to rapidshare, and they have not been having any problems. Now I keep getting this error message:

"The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."

can anyone help or give any suggestions/hints/solutions?

they told me their servers was screwed a bit when i sent a complaint e-mail... i hope they fix this soon cuz im trying to get points to extend my account for free
