Hacking Unable to update 9.0 O3DS Emunand

Like the title says, I am unable to update an unlinked 9.0 emuNAND. After trying to download the update, I get the "An error has occurred. Unable to Update. The system will now be restarted."

I followed this tutorial on installing rxTools, and prior to creating a emuNAND, updated the console using the modified 9.2 update from that iso site referenced in that guide (Settings report 9.0.0-20U, and my ninjhax uses that same version's payload/QR code).

Is this the root of my problem? How do I fix? ie. do I need to change my NVER, or just use sysupdater with the 10.3 update files or something? Thanks in advance.

No, but you just reminded me that my router is blocking the updates (dur). I'm gonna try that real quick.

EDIT: It was my router! Thanks for reminding me lol. if anyone else runs into this check your router and your DNS first!
