Unable to find a suitable collection, what could I change in what I'm doing

I'm tearing my hair out with this. Found games in a .rap format, which would defeat the point of having all games, with ftp, for multiple computers, if I have to install each individual game by manually opening rpcs3 when I'm using retrobat. Good thing there's another well known one on archive, but it's missing the letters "other", then a different was incomplete with just a cursory glance for some games I looked for, ones you'd expect. I thought i found it on filchier, it even seemed to have the updates installed, Im guessing, but it's a collection of 1700 items, with so many europe, japan, and some of the europe ones that have us releases didn't seem to be in us versions, when I only had 500 items left.

That answer would help but I'm not expecting that people would do that. I've found different sources, but they're either incomplete, in the wrong format(.rap), or on sources where I can only download files individually without a download manager. The cloest I found one was one referenced on a different post I found here, hosted on filchier, and that's the one I mentioned in my post that was weird. Seemed like it was supposed to be complete but it was 1700 items, of weird numbers of each region with only 50% of US releases.
