Hey everyone! So, I made some backups of my PS2 games, but the file sizes often come in at higher than 4 gb, so I am unable to copy them to my fat32 drive to convert to a ps2 classic in multiman. Does anyone perhaps have suggestions for me on how to go about either shrinking the files, or splitting them effectively? I used a splitting utility but multiman won't recognize it.

I have done this stuff with wii games and there is a thing called 'wii scrubber' which shrinks the iso file. I cannot seem to find anything similar.

    my dad works for nintendo.
i know there may be some way to do it,
but you can also use FTP to send the games to internal HDD directly.. then you are free to use multiman to convert them
try to use a ethernet cable, wifi is slow

Oh right on man. Thanks. I guess that slipped my mind. Is it as simple as connecting the computer and ps3 via ethernet? Or just both up to a switch? I am assuming the latter.
