Hacking Unable to access eShop (it's not 002-0119)

Hi.

I have something that I want buy and dump in the eShop, but I can't.
It asking me for update, but I'm already on Sysnand 11.X.

And if I want try to update on System Settings, I have an error :
"Error occured. The update has failed. Your console will restart"

Setup: N3DSXL EUR SysNand 11.x, using A9LH + Luma3DS (latest nightly)
I have also tried with the latest stable relase of Luma3DS, and in GateWay mode, but same problem.

I didn't have this problems some days ago.
And between, I don't think I changed something important :/

Anyways, doesn't matter, maintenance doesn't seem to be affecting eshop services.

Checked EUR, JPN and USA eshop. All booted up fine.

You're thinking about Eastern Time. Pacific Time it's 6:09pm at the time of this post.

Well, now I know why.
Because I had a patched HomeMenu and SystemSettings (with custom strings).
I restored a clean cia backup, and now it work.

But it's strange because in 10.7, I didn't have any problems to use eshop and update to 11.X.
Seems like 11.X doesn't like patched/custom system tites
