the rest of the world won't need to create similar legislature, the US can deal with foreign websites if needed. it's the world police again.The U.S does not mean "the entire world". Even if it creates a precedence, the rest of the civilized world is still miles upon miles from creating similar legislature, ESPECIALLY countries that are typically liberal.
So no, the rest of the U.N won't be affected by it. In fact, I'm pretty sure they don't actually care. This is a topic about "possible" 5G-like technologies, so let's stay close to that point.
anyways, however fast this new technology may be, being in a third world country means we'll probably get it when the rest of the world has it cheap. then we'll get charged an arm and a leg for it. so we can access an internet that's probably just a mere shadow of it's previous self-- totally devoid of content.
