Have I missed something? What form will the game have? Cart? Disc? I'm very curious. Also I wonder what the touch screen will be like! Personally I hate it when my nice clean screen gets all kinds of stains and finger prints on it. It could be that the DS screen gets extra vulnerable due to this.

I really hope x and y buttons aswell. for exampl,e the new dragonball fighting is pretty cool but the fighting is too simplistic and annoying with having to press numerous button at the same time.

seems like it might be along the lines of PS1/N64 graphic power! which isnt that bad. they better add those buttons. I think the GBA would have been alot better with those 2 more buttons. especialy for fighting games and FPS games. some kind of minature dual analog sticks would be cool too for the DS.

although this doesn't really help much. 64 is nice to hear about but from an assambler point of view not much 'usefull' unless a couple of conditions are satisfied... which usually is not.

to be honest, this piece of crap runs on less mhz than the GP32 runs.. and GP32 is OLD now.. GP32 runs originally on 133mhz but can be clocked to 166 mhz.
NDS runs on 100 mhz in totall.

GP32 has USB-port while NDS got somekind of IEEE802.11 protocol. one can only hope it is compatible with a computer somehow..
oh, and the ram in GP32 is 8mbyte while in NDS it's 4 mbyte.

i just read on gp32 dev'rs that the ARM9 runs on 67mhz standard but will run 133 when running from internal cache. (which says that the NDS will run on 133mhz mayhaps?)

tho the sound seems upgraded on NDS compared to the GP32, gp32 only have 4 channel mixing while NDS has 8, which is kinda great.

cache for instructions seems to have been upgraded on the processor to 32kbyte. which is great.=D

Oh, and you call the NDS a 32bit console. tho if you combine the 2 processors it'll become 64bit..

The only thing the gp32 is using 133mhz on, is decoding/palying divx... isen't it?!?

So I don't think it is fair to call NDS a "piece of crap", based on the cpu-core!

It's like compareing a PS2 cpu (isen't it about 400mhz?) to the cpu you got in your computer (about 2Ghz - 3Ghz)... do you know what I mean?

As for ur question about Cart/Disc, i have heard that it will again be cart but these new carts will hold 128MBytes also these carts will be alot cheaper and faster than those used for GBA.

I won't be surprised if nintendo DS will compatible with 256MBytes and 512MBytes carts etc.. in the future.

Indied Fussion, I also really want to know what all that information means. I can't make anything up about all the information. Some of the things are simple to understand, like this info:

LCD:

Display Size - 256 x 192 x RGB Dots x 2 Screens
Number of Colors Displayed - 262,144 Colors (R:G:B=6:6

Does the 262, 144 means that the GBA DS heave 256 bit colours, or am i wrong about that?

But general it looks pretty cool after all the info!! It's now only waiting!
