i got a wii 3.4E bootmii hbc and dvdx from hackmii installed using BannerBomb
    Wii Model NO. RVL-001(EURO)
    serial LEH1913
    SYS MENU: 3.4E boot1b boot2v3

but im stuck on step 1) lol
    it says
    Prerequisites:
    --SD card CHECK OK
    --Homebrew Channel Installed CHECK OK
--cIOS installed or system menu 3.4 or lower CHECK OK I HAVE SYS MENU 3.4E (NO cIOS unless its installed with bootmii hbc and dvdx from hackmii install)
--Wifi Connection (Ethernet doesnt work) CHECK OK
--Unplug any Gamecube Memory Cards, Gamecube Controllers, USB Devices CHECK OK

So as you can see im sorted already to go downloaded both online/offline Upgrade .zip's
then step 1 comes into play out the blue like a bolt of lightning

    1ST INSTRUCTION IS
    1) Install cIOS36 rev13 to IOS249 using Network install mode

How do we do this there is no cIOS36 rev13 or IOS249 in either online/offline packages
(unless cIOS36 rev13 and IOS249 are already on my 3.4E Wii with only bootmii hbc and dvd installed ???)
    Do i need to grab cIOS36 rev13 and IOS249 or only cIOS36 rev13 ???

    Network install mode ??
how do i do a Network install excactly .
What are the steps needed to achieve it .

Do i put the apps folder and hacks.ini file from the Online Upgrade in root of sd card put in the Wii and open through HBChannel???
Do i put the apps folder and hacks.ini file from the Online Upgrade in root of sd card put in the Wii and open through HBBrowser???
Do i put the apps folder and hacks.ini file from the Online Upgrade in root of sd card put in the Wii and just go online to start the official nintendo wii update ???

or is it completely different altogether ?

cant believe im here asking at stage poxy 1 dumbassnoob

    many thanks

Google for Custom IOS38 rev 13b, rename the .dol file to boot.dol and place it in SD:\apps\whatever\ it's not in the pack as it's against forum rules to link to it. cIOS wouldn't be included with the BootMii installer

Network install mode, have you got WiFi setup and working? Yes? Sorted.

The hacks.ini should be on the root of your SD card.
    SD:\hacks.ini
    SD:\apps\

Once that's all done almost everything (probably everything, haven't read the whole guide) is done from the Homebrew Channel.
