Hacking uLoader Covers Configuration

I read through this thread to find an answer with no luck. I downloaded a NTSC cover pack of png files. Once extracted where do I put the Covers folder on my SD card? Also, do I need to have a separate folder for PAL and NTSC covers?

Any help is appreiated.
