Hacking Uh-oh... My wii can't read GC discs!

My wii can't read RETAIL Gamecube discs
I tried Metal Gear disc one, Megaman X collection, Legend of zelda WW, and SSBM
It always ends up with the wii resetting.
My wii games still work though...
