This is one of the few games TWLSaveTool does not support. I'm not aware of anyone reverse engineering this game before, so I took on the task to write a simple homebrew that can dump and restore savegames. It can be found on my GitHub:

I tested it on my own and seems to work fine, you need a device with SD access for dumping (DSi, 3DS).
