I can stand it to a certain degree, like shortening words like message to msg, but when every single word is like that.. >.>
I stick to using full words when texting aswell although it's a pain when it goes over the limit and sends the message in two texts..

Something I hate even more though...

i dont even use txt tlk. at all.
my phone has some built in dictionary and i just use that.
it also doesnt matter about the length since i used to have unlimited texts and if i went over the limit it would just send out 2 texts instead of one.

and also, shortening words is fine sometimes but its just getting ridiculious lately, ive blocked all my younger relatives on msn since all they know is "txt tlk".
....wannabe somalian chavs....

on a side note, who hates it when people just randomly copy emoticons from all their conversations and they such a large amount that every word they type turns out to have at least 2 emoticons in it?
i used to have a friend like that... he had bad spelling too which made it all the worse..

Not a user of txt tlk either. Like xcalibur, I thank T9 for my text messages. But as long as it's not fully condensed, I don't mind reading txt talk, since I still have a lot of friends on MSN that do use it..
