Two songs from a rare 1986 Radiohead demo tape have found their way online.

The songs were uploaded by youtube member klootme who claims to be the wife of a school friend of band mates Thom Yorke and Colin Greenwood.

He apparently got hold of the tape when Radiohead were called On A Friday and played with a saxophonist but without guitarist Johnny Greenwood. They were all teenagers at the time.

A description of one of the songs reads:

"The demo was given to my husband at 17 in school.
We used to go and see them play in Oxford and was friends with them.
They were fairly inactive from 1987 -1990 as a band.
But when everyone had finished Uni they got back together and tried to make a go of it."

    Everybody knows
As yet there's been no word from the Radiohead camp on the demos but user klootme doesn't seem too fussed.

"I doubt Thom would be pissed off. He's in to sharing on the internet,
they may have drawn tiny crowds to The Old Fire Station in 1992
but as of tonight almost 1500 people have listened to
and enjoyed two songs that they wrote as 17 and 18 year olds.
If Thom were to talk to me about this I'd totally justify it."
