Why do you even have an account?
Unregister, there's no possible way to remove them.

You don't post "OMG 301st VIEWR TUMBS UP OMGOMG" don't you?
If not, then you have a worthy youtube account.
But as I said, you can't take down strikes.

You probably deserved the strikes, considering it's very hard to get them. Unless you uploaded a song or something and it got taken down for copyright infringement because youtube is retarded like that.

If they are copyright strikes because of videos you made that had some copyrighted stuff, you have to fill a counterclaim saying you make no profit from the videos, you made them for entertainment purposes and whatnot.
If they're other kind of strikes or the copyright strike is due to uploading just copyrighted content (like uploading an official music video), I doubt you'll get away with it. Just don't upload them anymore.

Afraid? No. Just do what your supposed to to prevent it by saying who the stuff belongs to, the copyright information, and that it's nonprofit.

Easy way to avoid copyright notices: Don't put up copyrighted material.

Whole songs, whole episodes etc. get caught very quickly.

I have something similar like this, a claim from Screw Attack Entertainment, LLC, for a 3 minute long video of a repeating song with some footage from AVGN. should I counter-notify?

You should be fucking terrified. Get another strike, and Youtube representatives will come to your house with a warrant for your arrest.

It's mildly funny that that may eventually happen. Though a cop, not a youtube representative.

The only copyright thing I ever got was when I played through Prototype, though it wasn't a strike, the video just had to have ads with it. And it was Part 1

A friend of mine had like three or four videos that were deleted (not all at once). All of them were AMVs with custom songs she made herself and all of them were only deleted AFTER she put the copyright stuff for the visuals into the descriptions.

Youtube didn't tell her she had any strikes. She wasn't even aware the videos were being deleted. Then she was banned, and wasn't notified of that either. She only found out once she tried to log in.
