Hacking Two questions

I wanna get the Extended Replay hack for Brawl so I can save replays with my friends with matches that are longer than 3 minutes (cause that's a bullshit time limit for a proper match, honestly. -_-).



One, I don't know where to find this hack. So I'm wondering where I can find it, please.



Two, will Nintendo ban my Wii or anything for having this hack?

But isn't it a cheat? You should probably just google for wii cheats, you know with the Orcarina cheating tool.

And I wouldn't worry about Nintendo...
