It's going to start shipping tomorrow, I presume. What's the likely FW I will have? I'm going to guess someone will only have a ballpark answer if they recently bought one themselves that was as a special release.
Second question:
Will System Transfer from an O3DS 9.x to this work regardless of any firmware differences? I am not worried at all if that will be the case, as my o3ds has every sploit in the book - Cubic Ninja.
I also have a N3DS XL on a slightly newer FW in the 10-x, that i'm borrowing, but I can't really system transfer off that as it is not mine.
