Stupid person cheats -> Stupid person tells people -> Stupid person gets mad that people know -> Stupid person blames media

This has always happened and always will. Sad thing is he'll probably get some kind of settlement because of his name.

If I was trying to stay anonymous, I wouldn't use my initials as my anon. identity.

Giggs could make sense as they are both Welsh but he is like 15 years older?

If the initials are real all I can think of is Carlos Tevez.
    Strange match up if true.

The initials he's referred to as aren't his real ones, obviously. Everyone and his dog knows who it is. Piers Morgan has been tweeting about how he should get a better lawyer. Wonder if he'll try and sue any fans who sing about it or display banners.

Funny thing though, hasn't Ryan (hypothetical name) heard of the Streisand effect? Or any of those getting super injunctions.

Jesus, even I KNOW who this footballer is- those initials are WRONG.

Think of a Welsh player for United and you've got your man. He's getting on a bit too.

I already said my piece on this law in mabilouz' other thread on the matter (short version I support the right of idiots to waste money, libel/slander/privacy laws need serious modernising and I hope this law gets shot down and the people responsible end up with egg on their faces) but it might actually be interesting to see if this gets upheld- it would then provide a good bit of case law to have internet sites (assuming it not the tentacle of another news organisation) actually be considered as news sources and afforded some of the protections news organisations enjoy. The opposite could also be beneficial for similar reasons- outside the scope of some laws aimed at things although how things might reconcile in the end is a very different matter.

Footballer number #2 is suing Giles Coren (journo) for breaching his superinjunction on twitter. And this footballers name is trending on twitter now as well. Apparently footballer number #2 did a John Terry.

Giles Coren won't 'get done' I read what he wrote it didn't breach the injunction it was to obscure.

Yeah, just read them, what a load of shit.

If you have a look at the Big Brother slappers footballers Wiki it even has a bit about the gagging order on it, what a fucking joke!

I know I saw them the other day the whole think just shows how ridiculous the law is in England & Wales. The second footballer does not get a mention (re his superinjunction) on his wiki entry as yet. But I don't think he'll get much team support when it gets out that he has been doing a John Terry.
