    This feels like the end of an era. I thought the American constitution would protect people because of the whole freedom of speech thing. Not any more apparently. Because this judgement was made in a Californian court room. And this was paid for with tax payers money.

    You know if no one else is allowed to call US citizens Americans on this site without getting abuse from US citizens, you shouldn't be able to do it yourself.


    But I think the question is more why should a US company fold to British laws.

    That isn't the issue. An American judge is putting British demands ahead of its own constitution.
