Hello all you may remember me as the guy who had a hotdog up my arse, well I never did get it out so I thought what the hay and shoved a twinkie up my arse. Well that is now up there too with the hotdog it's like a mini picnic in there, and your all invited to figure out the best way to get past this new issue I am having.

Please HELP my mom is wondering where all the food is going and I am starting to think my anus is my mouth so I feed it
