Homebrew Twilight menu: How can I "enhance" the speed/sound of my flashcart

I'm wondering if I run my r4i gold 3ds plus in twilight menu can I do these things:
1. Get better sound or enable better sound.
2. Enhance the speed of the flashcart or use the per game settings for the flashcart.

Yes, just run the flashcart through TWiLightMenu++'s cart launcher with high quality sound enabled

Enhance the speed of the flashcart

Increase the clock speed in the menu before launching the flashcart through the cart launcher

use the per game settings for the flashcart.

No, it would see the flashcart as just one game (not to mention afaik you can't even set anything for carts)
