Tutorials in other languages

Are we users allowed to create guide/tutorials in the tutorials subforums in non English languages?
I'm asking because i saw one in spanish and It would be interesting to write something in italian.

I don't see why it wouldn't be allowed. Some people can't read English and translators are quite shit.

As Weedz said, we are an English speaking forum, we do not allow other languages as per our rules.
