I tried with a little screwdriver, a piece of tinfoil and many other pieces of metal, but I can't get it to work... It seems I didn't understand how tu place it because everyone who tries, successfully run RCM "with just a piece of metal"...

When I was trying to short PIN 10 & 9 on Switch rail I couldn't get into RCM. Hence I hardmodded my right JoyCon to create own jig ;-)

Found a 2pos switch small enough to fit inside joycon, a little bit of epoxy glue + dirty cut with xacto knife on the side of the JoyCon. Then I have soldered 32AWG wire to PIN 10 & 1. After assembling everything together I have own RCM jig with hardly see switch on the side.

As I'm new member and can't really add photos use these links to get idea.

Very good, but you can use a sandpaper to make it look better or a dremel...

I'm traveling way to much and had access only to the most basic tools. But I'll do that next time, and sell it on eBay as "pandoraCon" lol

I give up. I only get No TegraRCM device found.

I crossed the pins -> my right joy con will shown as I have it on my hand and not in handheld mode

the same as I solder a wire on the marked spots. I'm done

    Have you tried PIN 10 & 1 ? For some reason 10 & 9 didn't worked for me either.

Same way you tried to connect 10 & 9 ? You mentioned something about soldering, just solder a wire between first and last pin at your joycon rail, or to the spots posted on my photos:

That's inaccurate, I got it working flawlessly in VMware Ubuntu.

okay dude, I did that. So, should I put the rail onto the switch or should I turn the switch on with volume + held?

If you connected pins 10 & 1 together in the JoyCon just power of your switch, mount your modded JoyCon in switch, insert usb cable and keep VOL + pressed all the time. If you get into RCM you will get nothing on screen but your PC will detect new device. Super Easy.

    Thank you!
    I think I did it.

"Setting ourselves up to smash the stack
    Uploading Payload
    smashing the stack
the usb device stopped responding-- sure smells like we've samshed its stack
    Launch complete!"

And thats it? Can I remove the wires now? :D

Yes, you can. However to trigger RCM again you will have to short PIN 10 & 1 once again. People says that the wire doesn't affect JoyCon functionality. But just to be 100 % sure I've just installed 2 pos switch in my right JoyCon, so I can trigger RCM easily.

I think I fucked it up.
Bent the pin, put it back together and now the right joycon doesnt get detected anymore if I snap it on, only wireless :/
Knew I shouldn't have fucked with it and just waited on something more convenient, meh.
Just hope the joycon is busted and not the actual connector inside the switch.

Pins 9 and 10 are just overlapping. Back pin 9 off a little bit.
