If HackingTool3ds is using the command prompt, I don't think it's possible... Maybe i am wrong, But i'm sure you can't

The best way is throuht this thread I suppose...

P-S: Is a mac version will be released?

i could rebuild a 3ds file from project x zone 2 original sound edition to replace japanese into english and it works on citra,but it would failed to convert to cia or install it. Any step i might had done wrong?

Just a little note that you have to put the CIA you want to decrypt in D9game, not file9, in the updated build of Decrypt9wip.

Hello, after struggling for a week trying to randomize a Pokemon Alpha Sapphire CIA, I came to a dead end and need help.
You see, after I install the randomized .cia, whenever I launch the game, I get stuck in the "Nintendo 3Ds red-wave-thing" screen. I've gone to the eShop page and checking the game for errors (not actually proceeding with repairing the game) and tried to use FBI to import the seed (always gives me an http error 404) to no avail.
Here are the steps I've gone through to create the cia:

• Create Pokemon αS CIA using CIAngel
• Use Decrypt9 as Luma payload to decrypt the game
• Copy the now decrypted CIA to the same folder I have my HackingToolkit3ds.exe
• Run HKT and use CE command and choose yes for the code.bin file (unsure if its even needed, running latest Luma release, I say yes just in case).
• Move the newly generated ExtractedExeFS and ExtractedRomFS to a new folder I named pk3ds and rename them "exe" and "romfs" respectively
• Edit to my heart's content with pk3ds (I'm not sure if I should be rebuilding something here using the program menu, I assume I don't need to.)
• Move back the 2 folders I previously moved back to the HTK folder and rename them back to ExtractedExeFS and ExtractedRomFS
• Run HTK and run CR command
• Copy the new .cia back to my SD card using TeraCopy and install it using FBI

Any help is really appreciated.

Is your CIA decrypted? I think that's what happens if it's not decrypted.

The file name is CTR-P-BNEA-dec and I decrypted it using Decrypt9..

Make sure you're using a recent version of Decrypt9.

I usually name my CIAs something short just in case spaces or dashes mess things up.
