I think it's because we don't have the permission do access that page... or there's something in the htaccess file preventing us to access the page.

Maybe if u change ur proxy with the Nintendo server/ Change the IP to Japan / It's temporarily ? IDK...

I want to install CFW on my Old 3DS XL (10.7 US) but i can't format my console cuz i'm banned from the eshop, i've contacted nintendo but they asked me to send screenshot of my whatsapp conversation where i got the code, problem is i don't have access anymore to that conversation because i formated my cellphone. So is there any way to format the 3DS besides nintendo?

Not by much, no. You have like a 0.1% chance of brick. And if you boot to a black screen after downgrading, boot with the SD Card removed

No, you also need to inject an edited SecureInfo_A into your emuNAND (or SysNAND if you are using A9LH).

I'm just trying to unlink my NNID without formatting my emunand. Will injecting the nnidinfo.bin suffice?

Can I do this if I have O3DS with ARM9LH on SysNAND running the latest Luma3DS 6.1.1 and firmware on version 11.0.0-33U?

Apparently this console is only banned from the eshop but I can still play online Error: 005-5964
ALSO: I have this other O3DS which is broken but it was never banned or anything, can I use THAT serial number entirely?
