Please use aroma's region free plugin for this purpose. it works 100% on mario kart 8

Hi Guy I download the Wiiu game from NUSspli, inresult my game file is different file types, also without sub folder. Is there a way I can convert my downloaded game to be same as this tutorial

I just tried with Captain Toad on my Japanese Wii U, but error when installing with WUP Installer.
I have followed the tutorial, but instead of using CDecrypt, I'm unpacking it using USB Helper.
I have some simple questions:
1. Does the step have to be repeated for the UPD and DCL? Or is it just for a single main file?
2. Should we use the JAP version of UPD and DCL or the US version?
3. I always find multiple results when googling the Wii U Common key. (eShop/Demo/DLC/Patch) Which version should we use?
4. Why does the NUSpacker result seem different from my original files? My original WUP has 25 files, but the NUSpacker version only has 21 files.
