Hacking Turning a PAL 3.4E wii into a NTSC wii

I need in dept infos on how to do such a thing.

This Wii I have is a PAL 3.4E wii, I didn't want to update it but when I allowed it to go on the internet it updated.... what a mistake!!!

first I thought using any region changer would work but it uses patchMii which is no longer working after 3.4 update.

I'm not a super Wii hacker but I really need help!

When you get done following the guide to a downgraded 3.2 use anyregion changer....
Then Run IOS Downgrader v1 again... NOT cIOS Downgrader But IOS Downgraderv1....

just out of curiosity, why running the downgrader again once it's done?

I mean, once I have a 3.2 wii and region is changed shouldn't it be done?
