Is there a way to fix as my Tuchra discs are not working...???

How many ways can 'trucha' be spelled?

Anyway, what cIOS do you have and have you patched any other IOS to put the fake signing bug back in?

You need to run a loader that points at your cIOS or some other utility that will let you point at a fake signing enabled IOS.

Trucha doesn't work on 4.0 natively. If you install at least IOS36v1042, you can play trucha signed discs with Gecko OS.
