And make sure all files are copied over succesfullyFormat as fat32
You can not use the built in Windows tools. You must download a 3rd party program. My only options are exFAT and NTFS?
OP can use that, or GuiFormat (a GUI for fat32format), that's smaller, with less functions but works very well to format larger volumes to FAT32.use easus partition master and format the 64gb microsd card to FAT32. AFter that is done, you can then use it.

just try re formattingI did this and on easus it says it is formatted as FAT32, but when I copied my files over and attempted again it still won't work
If you have a9lh , you can launch emunand9 with your 1st SD and select format SD no emunand then put the second sd and format it
( Formatting with emunand9 is better i think )
Thats why i said no ?This I can confirm works, however if he's on A9LH already, he should format it without emunand.

Woah this was revived. But yes you can, the speeds may be slightly slower but it certainly will work. Just make sure the sd card is formatted to fat32.you can use a micro sd adapter on your 3ds?
