Hacking Trying To Use Luma Locale Emulation, but No "Titles" Folder?

I am on Luma and am trying to fix an error with Sushi Striker and I seem to have found the solution. It involves using Luma Locale Emulation, but one of the steps is going to the "Titles" folder inside of the Luma folder on the SD card.

This Titles folder does not exist, despite the console having over 40 3DS games installed through FBI. Can I simply create this folder and the needed txt file inside of it?

Yes, of course - why should software be expected to (add complexity to) automatically create a folder for an optional feature?

Gotcha thanks, I was just confused because everything I read made it seem like the titles folder (not the contents inside, but at least the folder), should already be there.

I didnt know that this folder’s sole purpose was for the patch, I was thinking it was maybe a folder that was supposed to be there for other game realated files

Read Luma's instructions (on the official github) for the full details, initially it only supported a txt for language and region spoofing (not even country and state/region/province, added rather later), now you can also add a (decompressed) replacement executable, patch for said executable, or (extracted and even partial) romfs replacements - which quickly became the gold standard for distributing mods/hacks due to the space efficiency and practicality!
