Trying to remember an Arcade game

I went to Pritvi's Planet in Jalandhar when I was little.
There was this arcade game, a wrestling game. I loved that game.
It had, I believe, 8 characters. I remember one of them was a girl in a blue robe thing. Each of the 8 characters had a special attack.
It's NOT Street Fighter, that I know.
The rest of the details are pretty shady.
I do remember the arcade cabinet had about 6 buttons and a joystick.

It's not that.
It's actually kind of like street fighter (the gameplay mostly), but there are different characters and I also remember a character that had a tiger special move or something.

Oops. I forgot to mention it's 2D.
The graphics AS WELL are similar to Street Fighter. But the game ISN't street fighter.
You play like you do in Mortal Kombat 1 & 2
