Anyone know of any guides for making an arcade stick for x360? I checked around the SRK forums, couldn't really find anything...

Errr so where do I go from there? Do I solder the pushbuttons/joystick at the places he pointed out? What exactly did he hack the controller to do? :/

The easiest way is to modify something like the Hori fighting stick and replace the parts inside. This guide is very detailed and guaranteed to work (I've used it myself to supe up someone's stick).
However, if you want to go nuts and make your own 100% custom fighting stick here's a pretty comprehensive guide on how to make one here (mind the Engrish it's been translated).
Basically it's just a lot of soldering and wire management.
If you need parts this is the website I use for my arcade repairs. They're a little more expensive but have great quality and service.

Thanks for the guide. Now I'm just wondering, what do you use to wire the pushbuttons to the terminal strip? Also how should I connect the joystick?
