Hacking trying to install wad to upgrade to 4.3

Hi I;m trying to up grade to 4.3U and cIOSX_rev20b and when I'm in wad manger I'm getting error -4100 I've tryed finding it and can't find it. can anyone help me.

well, you can use wad manager...
and download wads with NUSD
just don't kill your wii

My wii works fine on 4.3. Apart from bannerbomb, but I don't need that anymore.
