Hacking Trying to install reiNand, stuck at trying to launch EmuNAND9

I bought this N3DS XL that came on firmware 9.6.0-24U, i was trying to downgrade to N3DS 9.2.0-20U using sysupdater, it froze everytime on boot, so i tried SafeSysUpdater.1.0 after formatting the sd, and it worked at first try.

So i'm following this tutorial :
and everything is working up until 11min45 sec and instead of loading emunand9, the device automatically reboots to the purple menu where you choose either reinand or homebrew....
I also tried the alternative : EmuNAND9UI, same result.

Anyone can help me with that?

Also i have a O3DS XL, and i used gateway launcher to make a nand bkp and format the sd with an extra 1gb, then installed RXtools and it worked fine.
Can I do the same with either gateway laucher and/or rxtools?

Or does it absolutely have to be done on emuNAND9.

If you think the issue is that i have used the wrong tool to downgrade, do you think i can "downgrade" 9.2 to 9.2 but with the sysupdater or do i have to do much more.

Thats what i was gonna say, but that was after i read this quite fast and read Rednand instead of Reinand.

Just redowngrade and then use AuReinand. It has more options and is getting rapid updates. Reinand isnt as much because the dev is busy alot.

That means it wasnt fully downgraded. Doesnt mean you used the wrong files

Use the same downgrade pack and just run sysupdater again.

Aureinand is a cfw, not an emunand creator or anything that helps set up the 3ds.

Just use emunand9 to make the emunand. Gateway emunands are bulky imo. Mkae sure to unlink your nands!

yeah the guy in the video misses that unlinking step, Ok I updated my firware and three files installed, after trying emunand9 a few times with a black screen, it finally worked, so I did a backup of my sysnand, im going to put it on my pc. Now do i follow the guy's exact tutorial and after it all unlink them?
Could you refresh my memory on the actual steps to follow?

Hi, now its unlinked seems to be working fine, the issue remaining is that when i'm trying to update the emunand cfw, the progress bar does not move at all and eventually cancels the operation, i have turned off both spotpass updates on sysnand and emunand, can it be the cause, if not are there sites with the latest well working reinand firmware to install it manually, and if so, how do i know if doing a sysUpdader update it would only update the emunand without touching the sysnand?

Use AuReinand for the cfw. imo it feels faster with boot times and seems more stable. And by any chance did you use tubehax or any other dns to block nintendo updates? Or possibly you did formatted your sysnand and not your emunand. That probably means that your nnid isnt linked but your emunand thinks it is. Just back up your emunand, format it, and then restore your backup.
