Hacking Trying to go back to Gateway CFW from 11.3.0-36

Hello,

I accidentally updated my N3ds to 11.3 awhile ago when I was trying to install Luma because I am apparently an idiot:-).

I have the backup NAND from when i was using my Gateway all the time. I was originally on firmware no newer than 9.2 when I tried to install Luma.

What is the best way to "recover" or install a new CFW?

Use godmode9 script [restore backup (SAFE)] with that 9.2 nand backup of yours. The system would be on that version though but you will still retain b9s. I'm not sure if there's a way to go back to 11.2.

To use my gateway on B9S I did this:

Set my sysNAND to 9.2 (you don't have to do this, this was just a gateway-browserhax compatible firmware), get an SD card with luma on it, put a 11.6 redNAND on it
Get another SD card, get the 2.46.firm kernel file (or the one corresponding to your sysNAND kernel version), boot into an unhacked environment, and use browserhax to access the gateway menu. Make an emuNAND, boot into it, and update it to 11.2 using sysUpdater (or just inject your own 11.2 emuNAND if you already have one)
Unlink sysNAND by running tinyFormat in sysNAND
Then, use the GW SD card, go into browserhax, go into homebrew launcher, open up menuhax manager, install menuhax, and now on bootup with the GW SD card I get into a nice menu from which I can run GW.3dsx

So now I use the GW SD card and I get into an 11.2 emuNAND
Or I use the luma SD card and boot into an 11.6 redNAND
And my sysNAND is on 9.2

NEVER UPDATE WHILE YOU ARE IN 9.2 SYSNAND WITH THE 2.46 FIRM OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR B9S INSTALLATION
