Hacking Question Trying to get Serial Number to Show Back up after using Incognito.

So i am new to Hacking the switch and i was able to get atmosphere and everything up, was hacking it for pkhex, now i am at a point where i was getting incognito because i was paranoid i was gonna get banned, and after i succesfully put it on i cant seem to get it so the serial number can show back up? i do have a backup on atmosphere, i dont know what i should do from this point or what exactly needs to go where. and am wondering if someone can help me, as i cant access the Eshop on the switch anymore or update my games but the error codes arent indicating that i am banned.

If you go online with installed nps's you will get flagged for ban.
Because you have incognito you don't have your console certificate anymore to send to Nintendo servers so it's refusing to give you access to the eshop
