Hacking Trying to get japanese mii name on my US 3ds

I have wasted 2 hours for nothing. I tried to make a mii online but i can only save .mae file. I can't export to qr code. Then i tried to dump extdata and hex-edited but my old mii's name still not changed. Any idea?
Any mii installer for ninjhax2.0?
