Nothing you can do really. You probably downloaded the wrong CIAs or the download was corrupted.

i think he should update to the latest version 10.7 and then use cubic ninja(he said he has one) then downgrade back to 9.2

No you can't. It's bricked. Unless you had a NAND backup, which I'm pretty you didn't since you didn't even have a softmod yet.

Have you already tried to reboot your console without the sd inserted? the black screen at the boot can be caused by menuhax or the downgrade itself...

You can downgrade from 9.9 fine... That wasn't the problem. (HE USED BROWSERHAX BTW)

Seriously? I removed the SD Card from the 3DS and I still got the black screen. I'm pretty sure (90% sure) I bricked my console though.

If there's no SD and you still get a black screen then, yes, it's bricked.

It smells like a brick. Try to boot your console into recovery mode. At the recovery mode (also known as Safe Mode Boot) can be accessed when turning on the Nintendo 3DS while holding A+R+L+Up(DPad).

Oh, you installed n3ds firmware to o3ds? Then yeah, you're permabricked. Even a hardmod would have a hard time recovering from that since you didn't have the ability to create a nand backup before the downgrade.

Best to get a new console.
