id like to downgrade to an older firmware for boot speed reasons as my 2011 3ds has got quit sluggish from going from 10.0.0 to 11.3. is it safe to downgrade when being on luma3ds, will the cfw carry over and how would i go about it? (sorry for the nooby questions)

Downgrading will not solve your boot issues, it's likely to cause more issues, and most of your games are likely incompatible with 2.0.0. Downgrading from 11.3 to 2.0 would also probably require you to format your system.

If you want to downgrade anyway (definitely not recommended), the easiest way would probably be a 2.1.0 CTRTransfer.
