Hacking Trying to downgrade my 3.73 PS Vita 2000 to 3.60 - gets "file is corrupt" error

I got a new PS Vita 2000 because I wanted to use it for homebrew, so I got started according to the steps listed on vita.hacks.guide. Things were going well until it was time to use Modoru to start the downgrading process, once it goes from Modoru to the Settings thing it tosses an error telling me "the file is corrupt" before the entire system reboots, and the system information in the settings reveals that the console is still on version 3.73. Anyone here know what's going on and/or what to do? By the way. the factory firmware was somewhere around 2.50.

@CupcakesForDinne ,for downgrade from 3.73 to 3.65 or 3.60(depend which one you want to install)you have to use Modoru 2.1 and not 1.0.
You were lucky you didn't brick the PS Vita!

Bad Sony Vita Memory Card they arnt that good quality in the first place try another

You need the FULL version of 3.60 firmware to downgrade; the one linked on the wiki is the wrong version.

Sorry about going MIA for like two weeks, I used a different memory card and successfully downgraded. Thanks for your help everyone.
